Cancellation Policy

Cancellation/Refunds For all types of session; 1:1, group or corporate - Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled health coaching session, and acknowledged by Sadie. The session will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time with no additional fee. - In the case of a no-show or failure to provide at least 24 hours' notice of cancellation, the session will be considered forfeited and no refund or rescheduling option will be available. - In the event of an emergency or unforeseen situation, exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis. ​​​ If Fit 4 Kingdom Living needs to cancel a session, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule at a mutually convenient time. ​ Fit 4 Kingdom Living reserves the right to terminate the coaching relationship in the event of repeated cancellations or missed sessions. Reimbursement for refunds will be provided by the best available method, based on the Client’s situation and at the discretion of Fit 4 Kingdom Living. A 5% transaction fee of the refund amount will apply and be subtracted from all refunds. If the Client cancels after beginning sessions and/or receiving services with Fit 4 Kingdom Living, they may only request a refund for the amount pertaining to remaining sessions or hours not yet logged. The Client will not have the right to cancel or request a refund after the services have been fully performed (after all sessions or services have been completed).
